VAT Annual Return & Audit Report Date Extended to 31/01/2016
In a recent circular from Gujarat VAT Department, date for submission of VAT Annual Return & obtaining VAT Audit Report have been extended up to 31/01/2016.
E-Payment of VAT above Rs. 50,000 made mandatory.
In a recent circular from Gujarat VAT Department, for any payment of VAT, Interest, Penalty etc above Rs. 50,000/-, E-payment has been made compulsory w.e.f. 22/01/2016
Welcome changes in TDS
1. Due Dates for Filing of TDS Return extended wef 01.06.16 2. TDS Returns (Original) to be filed online without visiting Tin-Facility Centers 3. Employee TDS norms are made stricter with condition of providing evidences.
